Caroline Mantle, Telford based Soft Tissue and Sports Massage Therapist
My name is Caroline Mantle. I am a Level 5 qualified Soft Tissue Therapist and Sports Massage Therapist based in Telford, Shropshire.
As an active horse rider it has always been important that I protect and repair my body from the general wear and tear associated with my leisure pursuit. This led me to my ongoing studies in Soft Tissue Therapy.
Having completed my studies at the Oxford School of Sports Massage I have delivered sports massage and soft tissue therapy to a range of people, from all backgrounds. Alongside running 7Therapy, I also work at Lilleshall Physiotherapy and Sports Rehab Clinic giving me experience with elite athletes, as well as amateur athletes and various other people.
I take pride in helping people perform at their optimum. Whether that be in day to day life, in their leisure pursuits or in elite sport. I’m fully insured (Balens) and registered with The Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage.
